I began as an intern and later became full-time. I’ve had a great manager and mentor who support me, and the whole team helps me grow. The culture is very inclusive and diverse, which is important to me since English is my second language. There are good learning opportunities and work-life balance.
Sometimes projects move fast and deadlines can feel tight, but overall the support makes it.
