Good Perks, Low Pay
Great Benefits and Employee Perks.
Any position that I have held, especially in PWS, that was an hourly-based position with no sales involved seems to be low in comparison to other companies in the surrounding area that offer the same role or scope of work. For instance, several teammates, both more and less qualified than myself, have left to go work at other companies with similar benefits and perks for upwards of $10-$15/hr more. These companies are not multi-billion dollar companies like GD. This is drastically important to me because I don't have a job for fun.
