Improve on the turnover rate, as there are a lot of turn and burn hiring practices.
Invest in more effective training and don't put PIPs on new hires right after 90 days. Not everyone learns as quickly; we lose good people prematurely as they don't have a chance to get up to speed.

Good process and some behavior questions. Not stressful, totally. People are nice and helpful. Waiting for the next process. GoDaddy is a good place to work in. Looking forward to getting an offer.
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
