Good server infrastructure. Experienced team members.
A great place to work if you are starting out in IT and wish to learn system administration and tech support skills in web hosting. My particular office was very loud (a call center-like environment). The UK office was much better as they had a separate room for developers, so that's my only negative from my time there. Good pay and company culture.
Give developers and senior admins some quiet space to work.
Describing past experience through a question and answer session. This began with the office manager, and then continued with one of the company's CTOs. The company was later purchased by GoDaddy. The talk with the CTO was conducted over Skype. Aft
An OA was conducted. It was doable, but the SQL question was a little difficult. I couldn't clear the round, but I heard that the interviews were nice, based on DSA, OOP, and resume.
Got to learn a lot from the interview. As a fresher, this was my third interview. The remaining words are just to complete the 30-word policy on Glassdoor. Then, I did not get any opportunity for an interview. That was my last interview.
