The first question was to find the second lowest number in an array. This had to be done without using JavaScript's in-built sorting function and with only one loop. O(N).
The second question was to return the highest average of a person in the array [["sam","80"],["ace","90"],["sam","100"]]. (Answer: 90 because "sam" has 80 and 100, so (100 + 80) / 2 = 90).
