Then, an email from the senior hiring manager requested a call.
The total process took two months, and I am still expecting an answer.

Pros: You get to learn a lot, and there is a lot of modernization in terms of the technology stack being used across the company.
Cons: In India, at least, managing with all other timezones becomes very hectic, and there was really no work-life balance.
