I had my first phone interview where the interviewer asked basic questions about my skillset and my flexibility to relocate.

The second round was a CoderPad session with two medium LeetCode questions. I cleared this round.

I never had a Superday. They ghosted me for a few months, and then I received a rejection email stating that the position had been filled by another candidate.

Pros: - Lots of smart people. - You will learn a lot. - Pay is up to par, plus a bonus can be good if it's a good year.

Cons: There is zero communication between junior developers and senior management. Besides the one mandatory scheduled feedback review once a year, there's no way to know how you are doing. At least within engineering, the culture is very bland and boring, with no sense of community. I think this is not the case for non-engineering teams.
