Pros: Flexible work schedule and the internship was in person.
Easy onboarding process and lots of support from your manager.
They had free food and lots of events to network.
Cons: Networking events were scheduled when most interns were busy, so it would have been helpful to have them at convenient times.

Pros: Actually get to code, provide your own ideas for implementation of project design, lots of smart coworkers, and a pretty modern tech stack (depends on the team).
Cons: Sometimes managers seem too busy to help. Internships slow down at the end. Some days are really slow. I would not recommend it if you're not interested in finance (obviously).
