Process

HR contacted me from my Naukri profile. After an initial discussion on role, responsibilities, location, and salary, I was asked to appear for the first round of a coding test on Hackerrank.

I had mentioned I'd be comfortable coding in TS/JS, as I was told a similar profile was indeed available. After discussing the date, I was given a Hackerrank link to take the test.

There was no online proctoring, which meant I could use a different device to Google approaches. However, the languages allowed were only C++, Python, and Java.

I immediately stopped the test without even reading the questions to uphold ethics and emailed HR about the same, asking for a fair chance. Sadly, she never responded back.
