Process

First phone interview was very technical, followed by more phone interviews at the Richardson office. The process was very cut and dry with technical questions and very little soft skills. Good fit knowledge suggests they want a smart, cocky Java expert who will eventually create more mess for them.

Q: Explain how you would set up an automation framework.
