You will need the entire day off for this. The interview runs from 10 am to 4 pm (if you make it that long).

Each hour, two different people will grill you.

Out of ten people interviewed, only two tried to sell the company or job. The rest of the time was focused on what you can do for them, even for someone with a decade of experience.

There were a few people who were down-to-earth, but most of them seemed pretentious and lacked personality.

You will have to answer similar questions repeatedly due to the different groups interviewing you. You will also answer riddles (seriously!) and be given specific questions about how you do your job.

There was even a follow-up call where they had more questions, at which point I said, "Thanks, but no thanks."

I'm told that if you make it to the last interview, you did well. Otherwise, they will dismiss you early.
