Process

Experience: Very bad ethics. I would never recommend them for an interview. I doubt they are selecting candidates by internal contacts only and just to show a legal process, they call people and unnecessarily waste their time. Somebody from higher management outside India must look into this.

Because: They conducted nine rounds of interviews: seven technical and two managerial. All interviews went well, and I am very confident that I cleared them all. The panel seemed promising when I gave my interviews. After clearing all nine rounds and almost two months, they emailed me to say they could not proceed further with the interview process. I have no idea what further interview process was required after nine rounds. It was simply a waste of time. I seriously doubt their interview process.
