Senior Software Developer Interview Experience - Bengaluru, Karnataka

December 1, 2018
Negative ExperienceGot Offer

Process

After clearing all the rounds and setting salary expectations upfront, they came back after a month with an offer that was less than my current CTC. GS offers you the same as your current salary, and their salaries are comparable to JPMorgan. This is not the company if you want a decent hike on your current CTC. It's better not to waste your time going through their interview process, as they take almost a month to release an offer and end up giving the same offer as your current CTC.
