Senior Software Developer Interview Experience - India
Process
I cleared 4 technical rounds, 1 lead/manager round, 1 local director round, and 1 US round, for a total of 7 rounds. I am 100% sure that I gave my best, and the panel was impressed. They told me that HR would contact me.
It has been close to one month, and no one has called me for further processing, nor have they replied to any of my emails. This is a very unprofessional and careless HR team. They were calling every day while scheduling interviews, but all contact seems to have ceased after the interview process. There is no reply.
This has been a very bad experience, and I never expected this from GS.
