A very long process with an initial phone screening with engineers in both NY and SLC.
Then, initial on-site interviews, followed by additional phone interviews with NY.
Everyone, including managers, asked specific programming questions.
Each step took several days to a couple of weeks to set up the interviews, and then a long wait to find out whether I was successful and ready for the next step.
I was concerned about the open office system with ~50 engineers in a single room, each with two monitors side-by-side. That would have been hard to get used to versus my current situation.
There were sharp engineers doing some interesting work.
