Process
There was an initial contact, followed by an interview with a software engineer, some coderpads, and some onsite steps.
The interviews ranged from absurdly easy to absurdly difficult. It is not possible to determine if this is intentional, as a "stick and carrot" tactic, or if it simply reflects a disagreement among interviewers.
The process seemed unnecessarily long, culminating in a negative response for the candidate.
