Aptitude test questions were asked from all topics. Data interpretation and logical reasoning were given more focus. They never select students from Tier 2 or 3 colleges; they just prefer IITs, NITs, and other Tier 1 colleges.

Pros: The people are by far the biggest pro, and what keeps most people around. They are very well-rounded and intelligent people. If you perform well and are assertive, you will feel very valued and heard. You'll get exposure to lots of different technologies and a really good development of soft skills. They thrive for quality in their people, and it shows.
Cons: Poor work-life balance.
Face-time culture.
Stress for deadlines leads to rushed development of processes that results in issues maintaining and improving for the future.
