Pros: Rewarding financially and development wise.
Great team members and management exist.
Lots of events.
Annual community involvement.
Some good internal tech.
Cons: The bonus system can be stressful, as can the work hours (dependent on team). Some internal technologies can often be a drag to work with or feel like a waste of time to learn.

Pros: I had a nice manager in the beginning, but then he changed teams, and the new, big manager is awful.
Cons: Bad culture management is mean.
