Desktop work (no need to carry laptop!).
Can learn a lot if you want.
OK salary for starters.
Cons: Legacy & old tech (not everywhere, but...)
Warsaw is a back-office location – you're not going to get good projects/recognition.
Average at best benefits.
High rotation of employees.
