Process
One-on-one meeting with a software engineer.
Asked basic interview questions and eventually asked me to solve a technical challenge within 30 minutes.
Overall, it was relatively difficult. Would recommend doing a bunch of LeetCode.

You will do as you're told and put up with it

Pros: There are individuals that are OK. The name looks good on the CV.
Cons: Return to Office was just forced on everyone. Lots of rumour of what it means if you don't come, but no one seems to know.
Company culture is horrible. We work with people in timezones hours apart, making our day longer. There is no documentation or explanation for anything at all. Just muddle through and keep barreling along until it works.
