I had applied for a Software Engineer role through a referral and was shortlisted for a 'referral pipeline role'.
Process:
- HackerRank test (easy-medium LeetCode questions)
- Initial CoderPad screen (2 medium LeetCode questions)
- SuperDay (3 interviews - DSA, Resume Depth, Design/Architecture) with members from different teams.
Result: Did not clear the SuperDay. The team was from diverse backgrounds, so the questions were somewhat random for the rounds described.
Timeline: It took them 5 months in all from the time of application (November 2024) to the final verdict (April 2025).
