It involved two rounds of interviews, mainly focusing on behavioral questions and fundamental algorithms to test coding skills. This was followed by explanations of complexity. Some basic design questions were also included.
The whole process took around two months.

Pros: There are individuals that are OK. The name looks good on the CV.
Cons: Return to Office was just forced on everyone. Lots of rumour of what it means if you don't come, but no one seems to know.
Company culture is horrible. We work with people in timezones hours apart, making our day longer. There is no documentation or explanation for anything at all. Just muddle through and keep barreling along until it works.
