Process

The interview process consisted of four rounds:

One round with HR.
One video interview.
Two other rounds on the same day (a BIG DAY).

The video interview was relatively easy, featuring five behavioral questions, with three minutes allocated for each.

The last two interviews were with senior software engineers. Each interview lasted one hour, with 30 minutes dedicated to behavioral questions and 30 minutes to technical questions.

Cons: There is a lot of nepotism in the PWM Technology department. A lot of people who work there all leave unless they establish a personal relationship with an MD who has a very binary approach to all constituents. You are either a favourite or someone who can be put into an "underperformer" bucket, and you will not even know it, even if you worked hard all year. A lot of people leave because of that; it is like a revolving door. * Long hours * Abysmal pay * Back-stabby people in management
