Afterwards, there is a behavioral interview. If you pass that, you proceed to the Super Day.
There is also a technical interview on Super Day.

Cons: 1. The work culture is terrible in a lot of teams, with people never leaving the office before nightfall.
2. Expectations from employees are sometimes ridiculous, with huge projects and strict timelines.
3. With compensations rising across the industry, non-IIT recruits don't really make that much anymore at GS.
