I applied online and was selected for the online assessment.

Some weeks later, I received an email for a video assessment. I passed that as well.

Later, around November/December, I was selected for an onsite interview in New Jersey.

I flew in for one night and had two in-person interviews.

Senior team members with a long tenure at GS are allowed to treat others however they want without repercussions.
