Process
There were two 45-minute on-site interviews.
One was with two VPs, and the other was with two department heads. The VPs were quite strict and straightforward. The second interview was more lively and fun.
Both interviews began with structural questions, such as "What would you do if a team member is not performing well?" Then, they asked one technical question each.
