After applying, you automatically receive an Online Assessment (OA). This assessment is a little over 2 hours long and can be either coding (CS) only or CS and Math, depending on the roles you apply for.

In either case, the assessment will include at most 2 coding problems. If the assessment includes math, there will be at most 10 math questions.

Personally, I found the coding questions to be much easier than the math questions, which I attribute to my limited math background. Overall, the OA is very easy to get a full score on; I finished the entire OA in less than an hour.

After the OA, you may be sent a HireVue assessment. This involves very basic behavioral questions for which you record your answers. I received my HireVue invitation about a month after completing my OA.

If you pass the HireVue round, you will be invited to a Superday. From what I've heard, it is pretty easy to pass the Superday and receive an offer.

I had two 45-minute virtual interviews. The interviews focused mainly on coding questions, and we used a shared coderpad for the interviewers to watch me work. These questions were the same difficulty as the OA questions.

After the interviews, the recruiter emailed me asking to call. This phone call is where they extended a verbal offer. This typically happens within 48 hours of the Superday.

Timeline: August 26th, 2023: Finished OA September 10th, 2023: Finished HireVue October 5th, 2023: Superday October 10th, 2023: Verbal Offer (mine was delayed due to a long weekend following the Superday)
