I had a HackerRank test (easy/medium LeetCode questions), a virtual interview on HireVue, and then two 45-minute interviews.

The interviews were split: half about my CV and behavioral aspects, and half about technical knowledge.

I wasn't asked to code anything, just to explain my general approach.

Cons: Legacy & old tech (not everywhere, but...) Warsaw is a back-office location – you're not going to get good projects/recognition. Average at best benefits. High rotation of employees.
