Pros: They have this awesome culture of celebrating everything, like birthdays and festivals.
The paycheck is almost the maximum any bank gives.
Cons: You need to wear formals on daily bases. Sometimes the workload goes over what is expected and it consumes most of your time. No time for social life outside.
