Data Engineer
It was an HR phone interview followed by online interviews. I did not pass the online interviews, but the overall experience was nice. The interviewers were very nice and helpful.
Software Engineer
Unlike Superdays a few years ago, they now conduct interviews virtually. Let the recruiter contact you first. They will have an HCM (Human Capital Management representative) speak with you, followed by about five rounds of interviews.
Software Internship
The first round in the hiring process was a test. It consisted of aptitude MCQs, computer subject MCQs, 3 programming questions, and 2 HR paragraph-style questions. Each section had its own time limit, and we were able to switch between sections.
