Return to Office was just forced on everyone. Lots of rumour of what it means if you don't come, but no one seems to know.
Company culture is horrible. We work with people in timezones hours apart, making our day longer. There is no documentation or explanation for anything at all. Just muddle through and keep barreling along until it works.
Colocate your teams. If I'm coming to the office, make it so I work with people in the same office!
Bring a change in company culture for things to be simpler and documented!
