- Name brand, great on resume.
- I liked my team and manager.
- It's a unique experience to get to work for a large, established investment bank.
- Terrible/nonexistent work-life balance.
- Really, really boring work for the most part.
- Forced return-to-office with no food at the office.
- Pay is really low; you are essentially paid in "prestige".
- Legacy code.
Just want you to realize how important the engineering department is to many of Goldman Sachs's clients and daily operations, and pay them accordingly. Keep up with the times... legacy code needs to go already.
