Good pay. Looks good on your resume. Up to date with technical trends. Focus on technology. You get to work with some very competent people and learn a lot.
It's a toxic culture. It's like swimming with the sharks. You sink or swim. It doesn't matter if you're good or bad at what you do. You literally have to be a shark to survive in that world. People will step on your face and crush you to impress the next middle manager up the line. OK, they pay really well if you climb up the ladder, but you have to be willing to sell your soul to the devil.
