A technical recruiter contacted me, and I later had an interview with a technical team member via CoderPad. I had a positive experience and received the output. I am waiting for feedback from the team.
Software Engineering New Grad
Completely technical, with no focus on behavioral aspects. Only tested software engineering concepts and brainteasers. Company culture doesn't seem to affect the recruiters' decisions. Got questions on arrays and basic quant brainteasers.
Software Engineer (Internship)
Applied online. Got a coding round the next day. It had 3 easy questions. After a few days, I received a second round. This was a video recording round and it had 5 behavioral questions.
