Great Location, Terrible Culture
The office is in an easy place for food options and commuting.
The pay isn’t very good. The technology is very old, and there is no opportunity to get experience with any modern technology. Nothing you learn helps you develop or improve. Very long hours and lots of night calls. Never enough engineers to do the job properly, but disciplined for running late or cutting corners. Very bad culture and lots of bad politics. Very disorganized and feels like good people never stay, and the most terrible people have been there forever and will never leave. Lots of favoritism and unfair attitudes.
Don’t tell employees to give positive reviews here, because everyone gives one good sentence, but everyone knows it’s not real.
No reason to give advice to people too arrogant to listen.
