I was contacted by an in-house recruiter. After establishing interest, I had a technical phone screen with a hiring manager. It was a pretty typical C++ screen. After that, I was brought on-site to interview with two different teams.

I didn't get the interview, just a "hireview." I also had an online assessment (OA). Nothing to provide, to be honest. It's great they didn't proceed with my application, but good luck to those who see this.
