I love working here. My work-life balance is great, and there are lots of interesting things to work on. They really value their staff and are incredibly accommodating in every way, more so than any company I have worked for.
Bureaucracy means that there are so many approvals needed for every little thing.
It can be very frustrating, but it's probably necessary.
