Good company to work for if you can perform
- Good for people who are willing to work hard.
- Encourages mobility inside the firm.
- Teamwork is encouraged, with good cooperation among employees.
- Offers good compensation when compared to similar companies.
Management can change rather quickly in some divisions/groups (perhaps too much politics?).
More and more control/auditing for everything (perhaps good for the firm).
Everything is converting to secDB, an issue if you like to pick up or hone other skills.
Constant pressure for people to perform (which you may or may not like), as bottom performers would be laid off at year-end.
- When promoting IT managers, listen to the voice of the people they would be managing, not only of the people they are reporting to.
- Better align the tech groups with the business units so that the tech groups know who to listen to.
