Process
The interview process involved one phone interview, followed by multiple on-site interviews with several people. This included an HR interview and a senior member of staff interview. It was a long process where everyone had to like me for me to be hired. I later observed this dynamic from the other side when I began interviewing people myself. During the process, the HR person turned over a few times, which should have been a warning sign.
