Pros

Reasonably, the firm is still doing a lot of things right. It's probably the best among banks on Wall St. It has a great work-from-home policy, based on which team you are. It's good for those who are looking for an easy path to retirement.

Cons

The business side does not look at technology favorably, but merely as a cost center.

Compensation is trending downwards and it's not a good place if you think money is important.

It's a very MD-centric company, and you need an MD to carry you up; if not, you are looking at a black hole.

There is very poor visibility on ranking, and MDs usually pick their favorites who keep them employed.

Advice to Management

Please look through what the employees are feeling. Pay them well, or else the brand recognition will eventually vanish.
