Backend Developer Interview Experience - Israel

Process

After a short conversation with the group leader, I was told I would have a Java interview related to my knowledge and experience. However, the interview presented a generic "LeetCode" question, which was not related to my experience at all.

This was quite mediocre, suggesting the recruiter was unaware of the test's content. While this might be expected from smaller companies without a formal recruitment process, a company with over 1000 employees should have a more professional approach to recruitment.

Therefore, I did not wish to continue with the process, and neither did the company.

Questions

A generic LeetCode question; I don't even remember it.
