Pros: It's not your standard software job. You're at the forefront of innovation, and you can feel it. The sales team who share our office also use the product themselves, and you can really see the impact on the end user. It's a strong motivator. The 3 days in office policy (you can choose which) is a perfect balance, in my opinion. Brilliant and nice people all around – and above you.

Cons: The company is transitioning from a startup to a well-established market leader, which does come with challenges for engineers. It's interesting if you like a challenge, but it's not for everyone.

Pros: Amazing people to work with, super talented with no ego!!! The business is super interesting and innovative. It aims to fulfill the wet dream of every company: how to boost sales revenues significantly. We do it by analyzing sales calls, emails, and the deals pipeline. We do it with cutting-edge technologies and a lot of AI. Management, especially the founders, are "ridiculously" open and honest about the company's states and goals. Nothing is hidden from us.

Cons: Trying to adapt new technologies should be a faster process. We should adopt the fail-fast method here. Besides that, nothing crucial comes to mind.

Pros: Amazing team - all seasoned professionals, friendly and helpful. State-of-the-art software development methodologies and tools. Great management - intelligent and with solid experience in building a startup to success. Highly demanded product with sales that beat the goals quarter after quarter. Dynamic and high-speed work environment.
