The sales team who share our office also use the product themselves, and you can really see the impact on the end user. It's a strong motivator.
The 3 days in office policy (you can choose which) is a perfect balance, in my opinion.
Brilliant and nice people all around – and above you.
The company is transitioning from a startup to a well-established market leader, which does come with challenges for engineers. It's interesting if you like a challenge, but it's not for everyone.
Keep it up as you grow.
