Pros: The company has some good engineers, but unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to work with them.

Cons: Neither the tasks nor their implementation in that team were interesting or enjoyable. I don't know about other teams. I prefer not to elaborate on the cons, as I have no intention to badmouth the company or the team. It's not about them; it's about us engineers and developers. We deserve better workplaces. I left Gong a year ago. Today, I am in another company, working on a much more interesting project, getting higher compensation, working with much higher quality people, and I am much happier in life. There are many startup companies or startup projects in big companies that offer much better jobs.

Pros: Great place to build your career! You learn new things every day and have a lot of opportunities for growth. The team is a blast to work with. Fast-growing company with a bright future.

Pros: It's not your standard software job, you're at the forefront of innovation and you can feel it. The sales team who share our office also use the product themselves and you can really see the impact on the end user, and it's a strong motivator. The 3 days in office policy (you can choose which) is a perfect balance IMO. Brilliant and nice people all around - and above you.

Cons: The company is transitioning from a startup to a well-established market leader, which does come with challanges for engineers. It's interesting if you like a challenge, but it's not for everyone.
