Pros: People, everyone is more than happy to help you. You’ll find some politics here and there, but it’s just lovely to interact with Googlers.

Cons: In the few recent years, the focus has shifted. Earlier, you were encouraged to work and innovate with other teams, and most of the documentation was open so you could learn anything. But that has changed. Now, you just have to do your own work, which becomes repetitive (my work was, at least), and your leadership won't let you work outside of your role, even when there are so many great programs in place to help you grow internally.

Pros: Free food and massages! And other benefits in the office. Great colleagues. Everyone's really smart and really nice.

Cons: Steep learning curve because every piece of software is in-built. It does not feel like the Google that we've all heard so much about.

Pros: Great place to work. Good work-life balance. Good pay.

Cons: difficult to enter needs a lot of hard work
