Process
A recruiter called me after I applied months and months ago. We set up three 45-minute interviews. He then sent me an email to set up a call with him, only to reject me. The recruiter was more concerned with how the interview process was. I told him that 45 minutes back-to-back for three hours is a lot. I knew I had a slim chance, as Google hires only 2%, but his only concern was how the interview process went. What a joke.
