I applied through LinkedIn towards the beginning of January of 2019. By February, I received the questionnaire asking about preferences and filled it out fairly quickly. Around the midway of March, I was contacted by my recruiter for a technical phone interview. The interview was not too hard; basic questions that you may get from a medium LeetCode. After about a couple of weeks of waiting, I was moved to host matching and had a few interviews with several hosts. After matching to a host, I was reviewed by the hiring committee (this process is flipped compared to SWE intern roles) and after approval, it took about 2 weeks to finally receive an offer.
