The interview process began with several phone screens, followed by an on-site personal interview with 7-8 people. While HR handled the initial screening, the subsequent interview was entirely technical. The interviewers did not seem to refer to resumes or discuss their contents extensively. Each interviewer posed a standardized technical question, expecting a specific type of answer, which limited the opportunity for "out-of-the-box" responses.
