Pros: Early days: established the model for what we think of as the standard "hip, employee-driven" corporate culture that cares about long-term values (to employees, to users) over short-term values.
Cons: Ever since revenue has begun to slow, and AI has begun to disrupt, the company culture has shifted to a more typical "short-term revenue" one. The company is now worried more about survival and efficiency, like most companies are. The original culture is fading.
