The Design review interviews carry more weight among the interviews. You are allowed to share your screen, show your design, and talk through your approach and thoughts. All interviewers were nice. Coding was simple. People management seemed easier. But it's tricky because the expectation can be relative to the person interviewing.

1. Coding: I was given existing Java code and asked to find errors.

2. People Management: Conflict resolution among the team.
